Terms

1. Sporlock is provided by Tielemans Software (CVR 46735773) to businesses and organizations, not to consumers.
2. The first scan is free and limited to 10,000 files. Lock-down, new scans and undo need a subscription, paid per licensed user (at least 10) through Stripe, which is the merchant of record.
3. Sporlock finds CPR numbers in the file types and text it can read, and reports what it could not read. It does not promise to find every CPR number (for example in images or scanned documents).
4. Lock-down removes only sharing, never files. You decide which files are locked down and can undo in the audit log, as far as Microsoft allows.
5. The subscription can be canceled at any time in the customer portal and ends at the end of the paid period.
6. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Danish law.
